An invoicing software company could use Internet news websites to promote their business through keyword rich articles written specifically for their website and the Internet news websites. 

Internet news websites are always looking for well-crafted and informative articles to place on their websites as fillers for slow news days or simply to help inform and educate their readers about products and services they might not have otherwise heard of such as an invoice program.  An invoice program will help many different businesses with their accounts payable and their accounts receivables.  Accounts payable are what a business owes other companies for things they use every day in their business.  For example, if they own a catering company and they used live crawfish, they would have to pay for the live crawfish and that would be accounts payable.  The people who use their catering services or the people who receive their services would be accounts receivable and they would be receiving the money for the services.

Keyword rich articles are articles written using keywords and keyword phrases which are the words potential customers use in the search boxes on the search engines in order to find what they need or want.  Additionally, keyword phrases written and articles also attract the three major search engines – Google, Yahoo!, and MSN.  These three major search engines send out their “feelers” in order to locate the keywords and keyword phrases within the articles and among the websites, and then they rank the websites according to a special formula.  This process is known as search engine optimization or SEO.  The special formula is only known to the three major search engines; however it is the knowledge that special formula has to do with the number of keywords and keyword phrases within a company’s website. 

Internet news websites are only one place to market a company on the Internet.  Internet marketing could be done through blogs.  Blogs are no longer considered simply online diaries or Internet journals where people express their feelings about everything under the sun.  Blogs are now considered places where businesses could introduce their products and services to a whole new group of people in order to gain more potential customers.  A blog can be placed on an invoicing software company’s website in order to attract more customers in addition to having existing or former satisfied customer’s blog about their experiences with that particular company as a sort of testimonial to the company.  Every business should have testimonials on their website so that new and potentially new customers will have some type of gauge as to what a company is all about.
