As I sat in the jury room waiting for the time to come to serve my duty as a proper citizen I could not help seeing an article in the magazine \”Why Vacations Sales is the best option for Mortgage Brokers\”. I would never have seen that article if I weren’t captive audience at the time and I had nothing else to do.
The article described how a mortgage broker could make more money by selling private resort vacations than by selling the property outright. The idea was to sell people a piece of the condo. I donat mean a room or a wall, but a piece of it as in a week or two every year. The cost to the buyer is divided between several buyers spread out over time, making it affordable to more people.
